Upon delivery of item(s) stated on the customer invoice, receipt or purchase record, a defect is found and is determined and proven the defect is of manufacturing workmanship, after inspection by MCR, MCR may replace that item(s) to the customer or issue customer credit in the amount of the purchase. MCR will only agree to do so if the product is of manufacturing error. MCR provides a 1 year warranty on muscle clamps and are warranted against defects in workmanship for 1 year from the date of delivery. Customer must provide proof of purchase, letter of complaint, the product(s) in question, name, address, phone, and email. Pre-payment upon sending item(s) to MCR Strength must be done. MCR will only replace or issue credit after receipt of said item(s). This warranty does not apply to unreasonable use or of damage to muscle clamps or other MCR products. Muscle clamps are not intended to be used in platform lifting or power form lifting, ie, power cleans, dead lifts, clean and jerk, etc.This would fall under unreasonable use and would not be warranted. If a Muscle clamp is not working properly, broken, or a defect is found, do not use the muscle clamp as injury may occur. If the 1 year warranty has expired, and the muscle clamp is broken, not working properly, a defect is found, you are advised to discard the muscle clamp. If the muscle clamp falls under warranty, contact your place of purchase or MCR Strength, Inc. at 800-252-6748. Muscle Clamps must be used according to the simple operating instructions below. Use in any other way, cancels this warranty, voids any liability of MCR and puts full responsibility on operator.
